Dear Readers:
I’ve spent enough time on social media to learn which places are more popular with the ladies and which are more popular with the guys. As controversies and tensions in society have arisen, I’ve watched them become places to bash the opposite sex.
Given the spate of news about sexual assault, the spigot is wide open for those on, say, TikTok to expressing their feelings about men being the problem. But recently, I thought of a question: Since we all agree men do commit the vast majority of sexual assaults (with women the victims), why do women so strongly support letting crowds of unvetted young men into their country?
This contradiction revealed to me that the problem isn't just about one sex or the other. It’s a society-wide breakdown.
I lay this all out in my new video:

P.S. In related news, I posted about the recent gang shooting canceling a homecoming event in suburban Twin Cities. It’s getting some attention on Facebook for those interested.
